She has developed her professional experience working for 20 years in marketing and production of advertising campaigns of fashion and decoration at an international level, as well as in the Real Estate Promotion market to which she has dedicated the last 15 years.
In recent years she has specialized in the purchase, sale and refurbishment of rustic houses and village houses with a strong Mallorcan character. Its interest in decoration has accompanied it since 1989, although it was not until 2005 that she focused exclusively on the real estate activity. Apart from her extensive personal experience, she has completed her training at the European Institute of Design in Madrid, and at the Madrid School of Decoration.
In 2014 Julie Léger joined the staff, who has become indispensable in the development of the company, becoming a partner in January 2019. Julie has worked in the commercial area of multinational companies such as Camper and Lotusse, emphasizing in the management of teamwork and customer relations.

Since its foundation in 2005, Preciosa Homes has carried out numerous refurbishment and promotion projects in both Palma and Campos, where it currently has its headquarters.
